Welcome to Business Owners Exchange. Please read these Terms of Service completely using businessownersexchange.com which is owned and operated by Business Owners Exchange. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site at businessownersexchange.com.

1. Membership and Eligibility

The Business Owners Exchange is a private membership network intended for service-based business owners aged 50 and older. By applying or joining, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria. We reserve the right to revoke membership or deny access to anyone who violates our community standards or misrepresents their identity or business.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Membership is billed on a recurring quarterly basis ($97/quarter). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-quarter cancellations.

3. User Conduct and Content

As a member, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information presented on your business profile. You agree not to spam other members, scrape directory data for external marketing purposes, or engage in abusive, defamatory, or illegal behavior. We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate the accounts of users who violate these rules.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Business Owners Exchange and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Business Owners Exchange provides a platform for networking and connection. We do not vet, guarantee, or endorse the services offered by individual members. In no event shall Business Owners Exchange, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for damages, direct or consequential, resulting from your use of the Site or your business dealings with other members.

6. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
